It’s only once it’s there that you can start the long process of truly getting to know yourself.

The point is to get to know and accept yourself for who you truly are.

Set Yourself Big, Scary Goals
We all have BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals).
Maybe it’s owning a house in a certain area.
Or starting a business.
Or maybe even travelling the world.
Setting big goals is an amazing tool for self-improvement but only when you take action.
Now, in self-help there’s this idea of taking “massive action”.
Logic says that if you have a “massive goal” then you should take “massive action”, right? 🤷♂️
Well, not really.
In fact, massive action is a pretty good way to lose your motivation for your goal.
So, what should you do instead?
Challenge yourself to take small, consistent steps every single day.
Your big, scary goal might seem a million miles away.
But when you take a few small steps towards it on a daily basis, you build momentum.
